Position Description
CFO/Tax Specialist will play a pivotal role in the financial management of the Ablak Holdings and Companies organization, oversee the finance and accounting department, provide cash management, and file yearly federal and state tax returns.
Primary Duties:
· Financial Management of AP/AR staff
· Financial Statement Preparation
· Use of financial/accounting software; GP Dynamics a plus, Word and Excel
· Adept at leading in best practice
· Budget Preparation
· Provide documentation requested by outside auditors for yearly audit of the franchise companies
· File yearly federal and various state income tax returns for Ablak Holdings and companies Form 1065 US Partnership Return of Income, Form 1120 US Corporation Income Tax Return, Schedule C, K-1s, and personal federal, state and local income tax returns
Position Requirements
· CPA
· Prior 5+ years supervisory role
· Knowledge of GAAP
· Strong written and oral communication skills
· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
· Strong organization and analytical skills
Salary
$80,000 - $100,000 based on experience
